Please can some one help me with the second mission (i know pathetic). its the one after the burning house, im outside and i jump across to the other building to whee the two guys are. i know where the computer behing the painting is but i always kill the guys. do the have the code for the door? if so how do i get to them without them seeing me? HELP

I have this notebook. I was working on it recently, and the monitor screen gone dark. It is now so dark, I can BARELY SEE ANYTHING on it!! I was trying to give it in for a fix, but they charge £110+!
