I personally think there need to be a world organisation for control over PC gaming, there are several laws which need to be in place and enforce to keep PC gaming great.

1. Every month there will be a review of PC hardware, a minimum spec will be decided.

Punishment: Anyone with a PC under this spec will be unable to purchase PC games and have the internet disabled until their PC is up to spec.

Reasoning: Stopping them buying games will increase their spare money allowing them to afford the new hardware, having the internet disabled will make them more likely to go to work and earn the money for new hardware.

2. A test will be formulated to check knowledge of the workings of PC's.

Punishment: Their PC will be locked from running any sort of entertainment such as moves, music and games.

Reasoning: This will allow them time to learn more about PC's and become a useful member of gaming society.

3. Low and medium settings will be eliminated from all games, there will only be one graphics setting which will be the highest possible for the game.

Reasoning: Low graphics not only can damage your optic nerve and stifle game play but all makes you look uncool in front of your friends.

4. All pc games will be distributed through a steam style program allowing the user to purchase and download

Reasoning: The majority of people order online these days this will just speed up the process of getting the software, it will also lower costs on packaging.

5. New Gaming drives will be invented with 400gig space on them and all games will happily install to directories on them

Reasoning: Some current games are fussy about where they are installed meaning that often they can't be installed to a portable drive.

6. When playing FPS multiplayer the words 'HAX', 'LOL', 'OMG', 'STFU j00 n00b' and 'DIE Shiggy, DIE' have to be used in a adult manner and at least once per gaming hour

Reasoning: Because this adds to game play as developers seem to have left out shortcut voice clips of all of these expressions even though they are needed in every game.

7. All MMORPG will be reduced to £4 a month

Reasoning: Because i think £8 is too much

8. When playing a MMORPG players must dress up in clothing similar to their characters.

Reasoning: because it would be funny to see
