Is it possoble for people who have just won to win in the same week. Looking at the regular contributers to this site they have only won in about monthly spaces. Is this true.

You could make Ali blind to our names.
My way of doing this would be to either stab him in the left eye, so he can't see that part of the screen, or cover half of the monitor with a curtain.

Ali chooses the winners. He selects a short list each day and picks the best of the bunch. It's possible to win two days running.
