Ah hang on, forgot to ask, on the GTA picture do you just want the character as it will looks a bit stupid just cropping it down in size and sticking it on the banner? Or you want like the guy and some of the background merging into the black background?

You're with Geocities so there will be a maximum size!

You will have a small amount of bandwidth available so if too many people view the page and you go over your alloted MB amount, your site will be suspended for a while...

I'd make you a banner if you post EXACTLY what you want. I was making one for someone else but he seems to have disappeared and not given me what I requested.

Anyway if you want me to have an attempt just post the following things:

Dimensions in pixels, height and length.
Colour scheme.
URLs to any pictures you may want incorporated into it.
What text you want written on it.
If theres a max file size on your host say so I dont make it too large in kb as well.

Apart from the colour scheme, the blind links and the lack of Mozilla compatability, I love this site. I'd offer to help with the graphics but I am a talentless gibbon at that sort of thing: although I did just download the Photoshop demo, so now I'm a talentless gibbon with a very expensive piece of software.
