I was just watching this video on youtube Scrubs Season 8 ABC Promo . and noticed at time index 1.18, JD has a beard, is this from the new season or is it featured in an old episode. Becasue i thought ABC had not confirmed whether or not a season 8 was to air or not.
I hope scrubs doesn't lose its magic... I was watching season 5 the other day [I have all the dvds, lol].

I think I've watched way too much Scrubs. I do the JD thing of recalling events by tilting my head to the left now.
From what i've gathered it'll be a replacement for whatever shows get axed on ABC after christmas.
This needs to be the last series because the quality was showing signs of dropping like a stone (although thats partly down to NBC's f**king it around). There was talk from NBC of continuing it after this season without Braff, Reyes and head writer Bill Lawrence. I can only hope not.

Yes there is a season 8 and yes its on ABC.
