I was using Clean V2 OK to copy old LP's onto CD and decided to Upgrade to Clean V3 as it has better cleaning functions..but am unable to get it fully functional.
Have removed all of V2.Installed Clean V3 but cannot record any new files. It sees the sound card (Sonic Fury)and a signal is seen on the display but on stopping it just deleted the file.
Tried applying Update R301...still the same
Applied Update R302...still the same but now unable to burn CD's
Have also applied the the ASPAPI-update and the new CD-drivers but still not functioning properly.
Steinberg support have not been any help whatsoever and don't reply on their forum??
Should I ask for a refund on the faulty piece of software?
