PC games generally don't have that big differences in release dates, possibly because a lot of developers are European... And those that aren't are mostly American and don't really have to change much for the UK version at least. This is nice, although not always true (Ultima Online... Ultima9... I blame EA then) but at least it's better than console games which are all foreign and require a lot of messing with to make them compatible with different systems (which are also messed with to be used in Europe and so forth). Of course the thing with the PC is that their all pretty much compatible. They all use the same Operating System after all (Windows, oh and not all of them... There are those that use Linux and things, but they aren't as compatible you see) so it makes it easier to make games Universal (Those guys in Quagaaz 7 really love a game of Quake3).
What's this then, people complaining about spelling mistakes? Wel ai jussst fink thatz e wast uf tiim. Peepul alwus mak mistakes wit there spilling wen tipin.
Not that i don't complain about spelling... Just not on forums, it's more fun to complain about spelling in real-time chat things.
Umm, £1.15 to the town thanks... Sorry
whats annoying though is when a game is out in japan for 6 month then its released in the US 3 months later, then we have to wait another 3 month again... In this scenario we are just being left behind like the launch of the PS2 why wasnt it released in the US and Europe simultaneously??? Do they care about our feelings!
Golden Eye was improved
Teken Tag Tournament had an extra 1 on 1 option and was anti-alaised
Varios games had been improved, the reason we get games late is because whatever country the games were made, Is "NORMALLY" where there released first, which happen to be Japan or the US of A. Alien Trilogy for the PSX was released here first as it was an English company who made it.
Adding stuff takes time, but sometimes it means we get a better version of the game. Apparently the framerate for Banjo Tooie will be greatly improved upon it's European release.
