I need to know which is better because i only want to but one wrestling game so can you lot tell which one the best and why?
WM18 isnt like No Mercy, its more like Smackdown 3.5

is W18 anything like No Mercy on N64 because that is my favorite wrestling game and i prefer that style to the arcadey stlye of the smackdown series but i still like smackdown.
Smackdown: SYM, definitely.
WM18 gets really boring after a while, whereas SD4 has tons of replay value. The career mode is class, the multiplayer is rad and the create a wrestler is hip.

I've not played SYM, but hopefully it is better the WM18, which i was bored with inside of a week...it just has no longevity at all.

Wrestlemania X-8 may look better than SmackDown, but it's nowhere near SmackDown's standards in Career Mode, Create Mode and even Multiplayer (if you have a multitap or two).
