Another question for the intelligent folk out there. Some folder names are labelled with blue writin instead of black - what does that mean?

It varies. One of my Zip Disks is labelled blue, with all its subfolders blue. Also, delving into the Windoes/system32 folder, my sevice pack update folder was also labelled with blue writing. I see no connection here, which is why I'm puzzled.
