I know this is really sad, but what the hell!
Here we go!
Billy Madison
When Billy, Frank, and Jack throw pickles at the fast-food restaurant window to see which one will slide down the fastest, the pickles' positions on the window change from when they're thrown to when the actual race is occurring. The position then changes again after the race when the pickles are still visible in the background.
After chasing the penguin, his shirt is unbuttoned and he falls. When Juanita pulls him off the ground and tells him to get dressed, his shirt is buttoned.
When Billy is on the bus and the camera is looking at the back of Billy's head, you can see in the background that Ms. Vaughn is 3 seats in front of him. Then after he tries to grab her and goes back to sit back down his seat is only 2 seats back.
In the scene where Billy has to write in cursive on the blackboard, the words change styles between certain shots.
In the scene when Billy and Eric are facing off in the learning decathalon and they are doing a science experiment, Billy pulls a shoe out of the boiling pot... it is his right shoe, but he has his right shoe on his foot, too.
Blacksheep
In the scene where David Spade gets shot by the fire extinguisher he is wearing tan pants, then in the next scene where he talks about what he will do to those kids next time, he is wearing blue pants, and then as he walks back to the house he is wearing tan pants again.
The Empire Strikes Back
One of the Storm Troopers unties Solo before he is put into the
carbonite, and watch his wardrobe - he has a disappearing/reappearing jacket on.
When the Stormtroopers are carrying Han into a room, they drop him.
As he falls, his hand hits one of the Stormtroopers' helmets and about
knocks it off. If you look as they are walking out, it looks as though the
Stormtrooper is looking down. However, you can still see the back of
the guy's head.
Right after Luke and Darth fight for the first time, Darth gets kicked off
of the Carbonite freezer. Then Luke jumps down to fight him again.
After he jumps, you hear the sound of a trampoline. Then in the lower
right screen you can see Mark Hamill's head jump back up.
Encino Man
In the convenience store, Link weezes the juice and gets slurpee all
over his shirt. He gets kicked out and leaves, but 2 seconds later he
comes back in the door and says, "I'll be back". At that point he has
nothing on his shirt at all and it's completely dry.
Ernest Goes to Camp
When Ernest P. Worrel (Jim Varney) battles with an oversized construction worker, he's thrown against a truck, and his trademark hat flies off and lands at his feet. In the next scene, the hat is back on his head, even though he hadn't moved.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
The rear view mirror disappears and reappears when Jeanie is speeding home.
The American flag on the police officer's desk changes from shot to shot when Mrs. Bueller picks up Jeanie.
Ghostbusters
In the scene where Ray shows Pete the car he bought, Pete is wearing a gray sweater vest with a blue-collar, striped shirt, but in the next shot as Pete walks into Ghostbusters headquarters he is wearing a green and blue plaid collar shirt.
The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man is missing his red scarf when the Ghostbusters blast him.
When Pete opens the fridge, the Coke can is the older, printed style, but in the next shot the Coke in the fridge is written in cursive (the Coca-Cola Classic style). Then in the next shot it is back to the old Coke can (printed) style. This switch goes on and on for every time the camera switches to Pete and then to Dana.
The Goonies
As chunk is watching the police chase he smears his pizza on the window and then in the next shot he does it again, for the first time.
The Balloon used for the automatic gate opener changes from red to pink
Mikey removes the broken glass from the map frame twice.
In the scene where Chunk stops the car and is speaking with one of the Fratelli brothers, the Fratelli is singing while his reflection is the mirror is smoking a cigarette.
Chunk's mole is on the right side of Chunk's face when he gets in the Fratelli's car with the dead guy, but in the rest of the movie it is on the left side.
In the scene where Data uses one of his inventions to pull Mama Fratelli's gun away from her, Mama Fratelli drops the gun down a hole on the ship near her feet and next to a cannon ball. However, in the next shot you can see that there is no hole near her feet and in a later shot you can see that the hole that they filmed the shot with is on the other side of the ship.
Data tells the reporters that "the octopus was really scary'', referring to a scene that was cut.
Mikey's mother's fingernail are painted when they dump the jewels into them and then in the next shot they are not painted.
Happy Gilmore
In the final round, when Happy and Shooter McGavin are about to tee
off on the first hole, they show a picture of the 18th green with the
Volkswagen Beetle already crashed into the TV tower. However, this
doesn't happen until Happy gets hit by the car later in the game.
At the hockey try-outs, the coaches are shown standing behind the glass right after Happy shatters it with his slap shot.
Grandma's suitcase disappears from under her nursing home bed.
During the first hole of the Waterberry Open, Happy's ball moves from the back to the front of the green.
On the final day of the championship tournament when Happy is playing badly, his clothes switch from an orange shirt and blue pants to a blue shirt and orange pants and back again.
Houseguest
Right before Sinbad plays a game of basketball against some kids, he is standing on the court with the ball under his left arm. Then in the next camera shot his teammate has the ball under his left arm. This happens about 4 or 5 times as Sinbad is discussing the bet.
Jack
The chair that Jack breaks sits in and breaks in school can be seen many times before that scene, broken on the floor.
The Lost Boys
Michael bursts the top of the milk carton open when he drops it on the floor. Later, Lucy picks it up and only the spout is open.
Labyrinth
In the first song David Bowie sings in the castle, on the second verse when he sings, "what kind of magic spell to use" he picks his nose as he turns his head.
National Lampoons Animal House
The mustard on Bluto's toga vanishes and reappears in the toga party scene.
During the lecture on Milton, the handwriting for the word "Satan" on the chalkboard change from scene to scene.
The letters on the balcony change from "DXT" to "DTX" and back again while the house is being gutted by the authorities.
The letters of SIGMA SIGMA change during the parade. The second "A" was knocked off by the fire hydrant and re-appears.
National Lampoons Christmas Vacation
In the scene where Clark goes down the hill in his sled, right after he does a forward flip you can very easily see the rope that is pulling the sled.
The Nutty Professor
The second number on the blackboard (5) changes styles several times from shot to shot.
Reggie's hairstyle changes shot by shot after taking off his hat in the club "The Scream".
In the first scene involving Buddy Love driving the Viper, you can see someone sitting in the passenger side as he drives away.
In the second scene with Buddy Love driving the Viper the passenger side seat is
occasionally empty.
When Carla runs out of the tent after the professor, the battery pack for her mic slides down her leg.
Pee Wee's Big Adventure
When Pee Wee is chaining up his beloved bike you can see the long
chain coming up through the bottom of the bike box.
In the scene where Pee Wee is driving while Mickey is sleeping and he
is passing all these signs that warn the road is going to become curvy, if
you look at the bottom of the signs, you can see they are being moved
on a track while the camera stays stationary.
The Phantom Menace
In the scene where Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon Jinn are on the Tatooine desert talking to each other Obi-Wan's braid is on the left side of his head. It's on the right side in every other scene in the movie.
Private Parts
Howard's headphones reappear on his head as he tries to restart the turntable after knocking the cartridges onto it.
Return of the Jedi
As they take Han away, watch Lando. Just before he tills his mask
down so we can see who he is, he whacks his head on the doorway.
When Luke is prodded out to 'walk the plank', into the Saalac pit, he
jumps off the board and springs himself back up. If you watch this in
slow mo, you can clearly see that only one hand catches the board and
that just by the fingertips.
When Lando is is hanging over the pit, he has gloves on, then he has no
gloves, then they're back and so on.
When Leia is talking to an Ewok she takes her helmet off, then it's back on her head again, and she takes it off again.
The big procession of ships that accompany the Emperor's arrival at
the Death Star, have a group of four (the second fleet of ships on the scene), right near the bottom left hand corner of the screen, which vanish. (not in special edition)
Star Wars: A New Hope
When the stormtroopers break into the control room, watch very
carefully and you will be able to see a storm trooper nearly render
himself unconscious by smacking his head off a door frame.
After Darth Vader kills Ben, there's a shot from the docking bay
towards him. They forgot to color in his lightsabre.
When Obi-wan and Luke are watching the hologram of Princess Leia
projected onto a small table, the objects on the table change position
and number in each shot.
When Luke and his uncle buy C3-P0 and a white-and-red R5-D4
robot from the Jawas, the R5 unit blows up after travelling a few feet.
There's a quick shot of R2-D2 back at the Jawa's transporter, and
behind it you can see the same white-and-red R5-D4 unit being set up
by the Jawas.
If you watch in slow-mo right before Han Solo shoots the bounty
hunter named Greedo, you can see that Greedo has been replaced with
a faker looking goofy dummy just before he explodes.
When Vader and Tarkin learn that Leia has lied about the location of
the Rebel base, we hear Darth say "I told you she would never
consciously betray the rebellion." There is a pause and Vader continues
to move. An obvious dubbing error.
Just after the scene where R2-D2 is riding shotgun on Luke's X-Wing
fighter and is hit by a shot from Darth Vader, there's a shot of C3-PO
standing beside Leia in the rebel HQ, and the dent on C3-PO's head is
on the right side (it's on the left side throughout the rest of the movie).
When Luke is eating with his uncle and aunt, the cup he's drinking from
keeps switching hands.
If you watch Leia while they're in the garbage compactor, her belt, at
various points, has fallen down around her thigh. It moves from her
thigh to her waist (depending on the camera angle) during the whole
scene.
Stuart Saves his Family
When Stuart and Donnie are playing pool, Donnie aims his cue at the red ball. In the next shot, however, the balls have changed positions and Donnie hits the cue ball.
Teen Wolf
Scott's locker gets closed, then in the next shot it's open, and he closes it again.
Three Men and a Baby
In the scene where Jack's mother is walking through the apartment holding the baby, you can see a figure in the window. One rumor is that this figure is the ghost of a guy who was killed in the apartment that the set is based on. The other explanation for the figure is that it is just a cardboard cutout of Ted Danson in a tuxedo as seen in the scene where Jack meets Mary's mother in the apartment and he is talking to her looking out of a window. Check it out, and decide which explanation you believe.
Tommy Boy
In the scene where Tommy is talking to Michelle on his boat, Tommy's life preserver changes many times. At first it has a circular patch and a white strap both on the left of his preserver, then they are gone, then they are back on again, and so on.
WarGames
David still has two lives left when his game of Galaga is "over".
Wayne's World
In the show that opens the film, Garth Algar (Dana Carvey) tests a new product: the Suck Kut hair cutting system. Wayne Campbell (Mike Myers) tells him, "Garth, just sit there, and he's gonna put that thing on your melon, OK?" But, when Benjamin (Rob Lowe) watches a video of the same episode in his office, Wayne stutters a bit, saying, "Garth, just sit there, and he's gonna put that thing on your, on your melon, OK?"
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
When Willy Wonka plays the musical lock, Mrs. Teevee remarks that the tune is by Rachmaninoff. Ahem. Wrong! The tune is the overture to The Marriage of Figaro, by Mozart.

The Russian Mig 28 doesn't exist. The Mig 27 does, as does the Mig 29, but there is no Mig 28. The aircraft in question is actually a Northrop F5 Freedom Fighter, made in the US and used by the USAF...

Passport to paris (i know i'm sad watching this over 5 times)
in one of the scenes infront of the big house in paris when they are about to enter the car you can see the reflection of the big microphone thingy in one of the windows, oh and the camera. (i saw this the first time i watched this but i think they might of edited it out because i havnt seen it again)
