Hi
I have pasted in the HTML code for a Google checkout 'Buy Now' button just below a picture on a gallery page. I put the code in the right hand box and a description of the item in the left hand box. When I previewed the page it all worked correctly BUT when I re-ordered the pictures on the page it won't display the button - just shows the code. I've now started a new page to check if it will work first time and it still won't display the button - just the code ??
I also have writtem the HTML in for £ and "(inches) and they display ok when I update but when I test the page they corrupt.
Can anyone help ??

We're already looking at the possibility of adding a google map and directions to the contact pages. Extending this to other pages could be an option so I'll add it to the list.

Hi Lambeth Boy, welcome to the forums...
I'm not sure you can add a Google Map to an Instant Site as the Instant Site editor doesn't allow you to change the BODY tag and you also need to have some JavaScript for the API Key which the editor would probably strip out.
Perhaps Freeola can add this to their 'things to do' list for you?
Have you got some normal(not Instant Site) Freeola web space you could use as it's easy to do?

The reason your buttons stopped working when you edited them again is that we had just be working on fixing a bug when displaying symbols such as the pound in the gallery image description. This converted symbols into their html entities.
As a result of this, when you edited and saved you Google button code all the form tags etc got converted to html entities and so didn't work.
We don't actually support the use of Google checkout code but as I think it's a useful thing to have I'm working on getting this sorted for you. Unfortunately I have had to roll back the data for your galleries to yesterday as none of the buttons worked once edited. This will mean that once fixed you will need to add your button code again.

I'm guessing the Instant Site editor is stripping/breaking the JavaScript.
Eccles(Freeola) has reported that the editor is being updated/improved, which may help with your problem.
If it's something else I'm sure Eccles will be along soon...
