h/m of you like the dual shock 2? I really love the pressure sensitive buttons, but they should have made a new control altogether.

Also another thing thank god that sony made the ps2 black now they actually match the tele (unless you are still playing on some antiqued tv that belongs in the smithsonian)

ps. go the floating point chip!!!! ;^)

It is also because you can play your old PSone games on the new console, and although its hardly challenging, it would be annoying to get to grips with a whole new control system.

Why change what is undoubtedly the best console controller around?! It also means that PSx controllers are compatable with PS2 games - HOORAY!

With it being the same design you can pick it up and play straight away with out thinking which buttons are which or where they are.
