I have a USB connection with my printer, but after half re-installing Windows (only the final part of the set up) the USB device comes up unknown in the device manager.

Any help?

Shouldn't you dissconnect the USB stuff when re-installing?

Then you install the driver and plug in the USB?

That's what I read...
