Eoin Colfer has been handed the task of writing the 6th and final Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy book.
The first 5 books in the Trilogy (!) were written by the late Douglas Adams before he thoughtlessly passed away leaving the work unfinished.
Having read the first 5 over and over, I won't be convinced that Eoin can do the job until I've read it.

Some things are better left alone. I can't think of a single example where a modern version has captured the spirit of an original.
