Anyone watch Martins grid walk? He bumped into Bernie

Martin: Hello Bernie.
Bernie: You still work for ITV?
Martin: Well they haven't fired me yet.
Bernie: Get them to buy you an umbrella.

Dunno why, but that made me laugh. Lots.

They should just hire me to do the text next year. I don't make errors! :D

I do actually make errors but not ones like that.

Doesn't bode well for their full coverage next year!

Well he'll be racing for red bull next year and with the senior car he should take a championship (only kidding). I was hoping Ferrari would take a chance on him, although I felt the same about Bmw, when he went to Toro-rosso and look how that team produced. Sort of unrelated but did you see how the BBC listed the Monza grid, labelling STR as just Ferrari, how silly and naive

I'm still not sure about matched betting. Might try it, but I try to keep the betting to a minimum. So far it's just been to make some extra money from Quidco and had a bit of luck with the Grand National earlier in the year too, but I can't really afford to gamble more money.

Yeah, he was first on my Fantasy F1 list at work this year. Cheap to buy as he's so new, but I had a feeling he'd come through. Now just imagine him in an even faster car!

He finished two places and less than ten seconds behind Lewis.

Jackie Stewart mentioned in the build-up that the McLaren is a lot easier to drive in wet conditions (not forgetting that Felipe isn’t exactly a wet weather specialist).

He’s the number two driver, no matter how much Ron Dennis likes to deny it. I think he is more of a wheel to wheel racer, than someone with out right pace, although as he’s normally fuelled heavier than Lewis in quail, so it’s sometimes a little hard to tell.

I’ve been following this guy for a few years now, and always knew in levelling conditions he would come out on top. It was a shame the commentary again mainly focused on Lewis, yet even after some news networks reported that Hamilton finished 7th, with nothing about Vettel becoming the youngest ever Formula one GP winner!

Are you doing that matched betting thing that someone was talking about on PM?

Can be very lucrative, especially if you get into arbitrage betting too. Bought all my camera gear with it, and a new PC. Still got some left. I'm having a few weeks off at the moment, with the wedding looming and everything.
