I have the code for the custom sidebar but I'm not quite sure where to put it.
Mmm, I always apply CSS to my forms. It makes them fit in. But never to scrollbars.

..thankfully. God I hate those scrollbars.
If it's CSS, then it goes just before the closing head tag . Though this styling only works in IE!
