Whenever I try to watch some certain files, all I can hear is the sound and I can't view the video...

WHY!?!

It's gonna be something to do with a codec isn't it?

There is definantly a video with it but I can't get it to work!

Help!

Download the divex player.
It will play almost all or at least let you know what codec is missing.

Yes its a codec problem. Go and get some DivX codecs from www.divx.com. Usually fixes the problems.

Thanks!
Thank you for dealing with this so promptly it's nice having a service provider that offers a good service, rare to find nowadays.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
