So I ordered Red Faction off Play.com for £16.99. They're normally pretty good but they naffed it up this time, kept saying "not in stock". then it was in stock, they sent it but it never arrived, so I emailed them and they said they were going to send a replacement, but guess what!? "Not in stock". So I came on here and saw Red Faction was in stock - at the bargain bucket price of £12.99! So I ordered it and it came within a week. Nice one! So now I've got to keep an eye on my bank account just to make sure the money went back for the original one that I ordered off Play. So thanks SR, you really are a 'special' reserve.

I’ve had loads of problems with Play recently. I ordered some dvds last year but my card was declined (as they were having problems accepting Solo cards or some crap like that), so I had to cancel them.
Then a few months ago I e-mailed them to see if they were now OK accepting them again, and guess what…no reply.
So I ordered some dvds a few weeks ago and they were on “order placed” for flippin’ weeks, so I just cancelled them and told them to shove it.
