Harming someone.
Sometimes difficult to judge if you really have or not. Also difficult to judge if the harm is necessary (I will happily break someone's rib to keep blood flowing around their body, I do think of these things for some reason, but I really don't know about causing emotional harm in the possibility that they will become stronger for it. I'd much rather not do that, ever, and just work on building trust and confidence instead. What hideous manipulation, and I do question if I've ever done that. I really do think I never have.)
Either way, I do not intentionally mean to harm. If something happens accidentally it's because I'm heavy handed and sometimes that's difficult to judge, but for no other reason.
And obviously, sitting down in front of Pretty Woman and just eating a whoooole box of chocolates oh man it's gonna go straight to my ass

But seriously, most people mix guilt with a bad feeling. I just laugh and get on with whatever I'm doing.
Guilt? The demands i make on other people and also knowing i've screwed myself over when it comes to the things that really matter to me.
not doing a decent job at work or not reaching the potential success that you should have been able to achieve. Sometimes not knowing something that you should have really isn't pleasant feeling.
