I've listened to it over and over today and it just makes me sleepy. He sings like a little girl trapped down a well, near starvation and just thinly keening "Heeeeeelp Meeeeeeeeee" whilst wind blows past a microphone.
I don't hate it, I dont like it.
If breathing was a band, it would be Sigur Ross. No thought required, no conscious effort to partake. It just happens and that's all it does.

Suppose if you were monged on The Horse it would be cool though.
