Books:
"Choke/Survivor" by Chuck Pahluniak. Hope there's fighting and boobs
"Ham on Rye" - Bukowski. Bare-bones storytelling
"The Dirt" - Autobiography on Motley Crue. Quite possibly the dirtiest people alive. 1st paragraph "Tommy was seeing a chick we called Bullwinkle 'cos she looked like a Moose. He didnt want to dump her though 'cos she could spray her cum across the room". Nice.
CD:
Sigur Ross. The album with a pic of foetus on the front. It's quiet and whiny, like Thom Yorke making up his own language.
DVD:
Chasing Amy Criterion edition. To complete my Smith DVD collection
The Terminator - 2 disc edition. Because the 1st one is sci-fi lovely.
Survivor rules.
But you didn't get Invisible Monsters. Which is the best one.
> As in Jack 'White Stripes' White and Jack 'High Fidelity' Black?
That's the one.
It's the pronounciation of the words that has me in stitches.
"Fire in the... Taco Bill...High Voiltige..It's ma desire"
Jack Black on collaborating with Jack White:
"It's a cosmic storm of rockness. Think Highlanger, The Gathering. We stood in the studio, arms thrown back and let the rock storm through us. A convergence of all rock personified in Black and White. We have the ability to shatter rocks with our rock mindforce now, so beware."
> I did, however, get a promo copy of Electric 6 "Fire in The

As in Jack 'White Stripes' White and Jack 'High Fidelity' Black? Excellent, I knew I'd heard that voice somewhere before, it's a top song. I thought it was maybe sung by Bobcat Goldthwaite, from the popular 'Police Academy' series.

Jack Black & Jack White.
"Fire in the disco...fire in the...taco bell....danger danger! High Voltage!"
Superb song.
This weekend I also bought the new Sigur Ros album, a Rawkus compilation and the David Holmes and the Free Association LP. Needless to say, I now have no money.
Went to big Lion Yard HMV and Borders.
