Return of Nintendo UK?

We just received word that THE Games have lost the Nintendo account meaning that they are no longer exclusive respresentatives of Nintendo here in the UK.

From 1st March 2001, Nintendo will now take on full responsibility for their sales, marketing and distribution.

Our take on this is that Nintendo are determined not to let the same problems befall the launch of Game Boy Advance and the Gamecube.

I hate seeing the back of European Gameboy games cos of all the Nintendo clubs for the foreign countries! America have them too!

So why can't UK?

Hopefully (if you're right about THE) we'll be seeing a Nintyclub!

Hey Ninty?

That's my Ninty-nickname! I wish I copyrighted it!

More news, Electronic Arts are said to have taken delivery of some Gamecube development kits from Nintendo, which means Nintendo fans will be getting loads of quality sports games on the next-gen console if the news is proved to be correct.

Good. I used to be a member of Club Nintendo. It was a rather good magazine they gave out.
