Hey Guys.

Anyone got their vertical stand for the PS2 yet? I ordered mine over
4 weeks ago and am still waiting! Naturally I want my console to take pride and place within my new abode.

No need for a vertical stand?
Wait until you get an over enthusiastic friend who sees you take a short cut at SSX and scream away from him. Then you`ll be glad you had the vertical stand!!!!!!

They have to give all you ex-cons something to do otherwise you would all be out mugging old grannies :-)

poor poor person I live in Australia where we don't have that problem. I can just stroll down to K-Mart and just buy one and as for PS2's were swimming in them.

I live in Leeds, I spent my first PS2 weekend looking around the big out of town shopping centres for a V/S. None to be had in any of the stores.

But there were plenty to be had in the centre of town in the Game and EB. Game seem to be well stocked for PS2 kit.

I also recommend http://www.gameswire.com who seem pretty fast (and fairly cheap).

My PS2 seems to be fine standing up without any extra "Support" at all. I think £9.99 is a tad bit expensive, but I will wait until I think it is worth it!

I got mine in EB on launch day.

I was in electronic boutique last week and saw a 'horizontal stand'. I like the idea of a vertical stand, but I dont think the horizontal one will be a big seller.
