Now here is a teenager worth hyping up. In my biased chelsea supporter opinion this man is the best thing since sliced bread (or at least pele! lol). Cole has it all, pace, power, height, speed, scores like a god, can use both feet and can learn from Zola, hasselbaink, and Gudjonsen...and you won't get much better to learn from! Cole will be the man, if and probably only if he gets enough football at chelsea. This man is a dead cert for england. He is well built and will get some much needed height in the box and the magic touch. Personally and i'm sure many will agree with me, he is a greater talent than Rooney, and has every chance of an england place if he gets enough games. 4 starts, 4 goals, 2 assists for the first team. Caused havoc against united, and 37 goals in the reserves last season....he is englands greatest young star in my humble opinion!

I wonder how different the Arsenal game could've been if he'd have been playing?

I would've thought they'd let him stay on-loan for the rest of the season, to gain more experience. But he is a quality player, and could help Chelsea out. I also reckon they did it incase he got cup-tied playing for Wolves.

AKA God is back at chelsea:

Chelsea have recalled Carlton Cole from his loan to Wolves. He returns immediately and will be available for selection on Saturday against Middlesbrough.

Reports earlier in the week that Carlton’s loan had been extended were wrong. Wolves were keen to extend and Chelsea were enthusiastic too, but talks were never completed, and Chelsea felt that with a busy January possible, Carlton would be needed at the club.

He wishes to thank Wolves for their work with him, and Chelsea wish them the best in their battle for promotion.

Good to see more chelsea supporters around somewhere.
I agree that CC is a quality youngster and I think he should have started in the FA Cup Final instead of an unfit Hasselbaink.
Also Gallas is one of the best players i've seen in ages, he's got pace, agility, good distribution and has excellent tackling, passing, heading and finishing skills.

My Dad supports Wolves, and we watched him play the last 25 minutes against Rotherham.

He looked ok, but I think that Defoe is better than him.

Heh, I don't know about Rio, but Beckham only went on loan because he was a soft tackler, and he went to a lower division to toughen him up.

Cole is in the first division because he's not good enough to keep a first team place.

Nice try IB. I will oblige you and ridicule your comments.

Hasselbaink-30
Gudjohnsen -22
Forsell -14
Zola -9 (this season)

Which means there is to much competition for a first team place. However Zola will retire and hasselbaink may well leave and then cole will become a regular and assume his rightful place in the england squad. Oh beckham went on loan, ferdinand, wasnt he on loan to bournemouth oh look uniteds two highest rated players went to 2nd division clubs to get experience, by your logic that makes carlton cole the best player in the world! lol

Yes, God, I'm sure.

Which is why he's been palmed off to a first division club to play his football.

If he was as amazing as you're ranting, he'd be on loan at Juve or something.

As it is, he can't cut the premiership pace.
