Can someone guide me though (like you're talking to a 5 year old!) what the error means.
How are you viewing your webspace?
I can recommend Filezilla (free open source FTP client) this will allow you to view and manage your files easily.
Obviously you'll still need to sort out your user/password issue - have a look in MyFreeola click 'My Websites' then 'Options and FTP settings' You'll be able to check your details there.

thanks for replying.
Can you tell me how to delete it all.
I can now no longer access the htdocs: user name and password no longer work.
I've had a look in your web space and it seems there are a couple of problems:
All web-visible files need to be uploaded to the htdocs folder. There were a few that were outside of this folder so I've sorted this for you.
You have 2 web pages in your htdocs folder, but neither of these are named as index.htm - the index.htm page is the page that gets displayed when somebody visits the homepage of your website. If you rename one of these files to index.htm then it will display on the web.
Hope this helps.
