Basically, Wales are only allowed to call up their players 48 hours before the game just because everyone else is playing friendlies. This means Wales will have a team that is not 100% through no fault of their own.
And I know it's too much to hope that club bosses see sense and rest the players on the matches in question so that they can be more fresh for international duty.
