Eternal Darkness
Super Smash Bros Melee
Timeplitters 2

Those 5 in my mind are the MUST have games. There's also

Pikmin
Wave Race
Rogue Leader
Aggressive Inline
Tony Hawks 3
SSX Tricky
Burnout
Doshin the Giant

All highly recommended, but the first 5 are in my mind the best games on Cube.

If your looking for one game thats ideal to start on, I'd have to say Mario Sunshine.

Simple, but also hard.

Mario Sunshine's got to be your first game. You should also get these:-

Super Smash Bros. Melee
Timesplitters 2
Star Wars Rogue Leader: Rogue Squadron 2

Well here's a list of all the games I've got so far, and a score I'd give them off the top of my head (so may be different from my well thought out scores in my reviews :P)

Get Super Smash Bros. Melee to start with then Mario.

I'd reccomend you get Mario SunShine first-of-all, and then Luigi's Mansion, along-with Super Smash Bros. Melée.

The first 2 games on the list will really help you to get used to the GameCube's pad and how it really works. And that'll set-you-up on-you-way to play and master the likes of Pikmin, Super Monkey Ball, and all-others.
