I have had a problem running the Hackers DVD. About half way through the picture started to jump and the sound stopped and then after about 30 seconds it said it could not read the disk. I started the film up and skipped to the chapter where this started happening, and it did the same thing. I then tuck the DVD out and restarted my PS2, when the System configuration / Browser screen comes up I pressed Triangle to go in to the version screen then highlighted console, pressed triangle and then turned the diagnosis on. Then I put my Hackers DVD back in, went to the chapter where the problems started and the DVD played fine, not one problem. So if you are having a problem with a DVD try what I did and post hear and let me now if it helped.
