Yes the glorious first person shooter is finally getting its console debut on the Dreamcast and I am happy to say looks absolutely spankingly georgeous with its high detail and great level design will make this one of the best games this year on any platform.This is a PC multiplayer favorite and thankfully the Dreamcast version has its online play too with minimal lag and still retains the same detail,stunning.It is one game that should be on everybodies list this christmas ,and i as one will be getting some frags online as soon as i can,this is a fps classic and deserves high sales,not only because its Quake but it is an experience you cant get on any conole around.I cannot speak highly enough of this title ,just play it for yourself and you will see what I mean.

Does anyone know when the Official Dreamcast mouse is released? I am not playing Quake III until I get a mouse!!
Unreal, is much better than Quake 3, it may not look as good but it plays a smoother more enjoyable frag fest.

It's is nearly possible but there is a licensing problem due to the fact some of the Maps on the DC dont appear on the PC so the PC guys would have to illegally copy these maps. It was done a few weeks ago in the US but they were made to take the maps off of their site. I dont think DC gamers should attempt to take on PC gamers because they will get their ass** kicked. The PC guys have ISDN internet links and monster PC's geared for online fragging.
