You have to get some 'Web Space', available from the addresses listen below. Once you have signed up to one, all you have to do is 'Upload' your HTML files to your Web Space, and that is that, they are online :o)
The Uploading process is usually reffered to as 'FTP' or FTP'ing which is a means of sending a file from your computer to another (your web space).
You can do this with either a proper FTP program, such as CuteFTP
- http://www.cuteftp.com or you can use the built-in FTP in Internet Explorer.
