I was thinking the other day, (that's at least twice this month already), that whenever it comes to reasons to put the N64 down, the old argument rises again "But there aren't that many games". But honestly, how many games do you need? I like to play a game through to the finish once I get it, and am satisfied with that.
I know that people have different tastes, but the problem with the consoles on which there are many games, is that there's too many similar games. I remember the days of the Megadrive. You'd go into a shop looking for a new game, and most of the shelves would be filled with platformers. And Madden games. With the odd game that was any good amongst them.
I could never possibly play all of these games if I wanted to!
So after Xmas, I'm going to get myself an N64, and play through Lylat Wars until the finish, beat Goldeneye on 00 Agent, I might buy a copy of Banjo Kazooie, and Tooie, get Jet Force Gemini, and Donkey Kong. A decent football game won't go astray either. I can play MarioKart and Goldeneye against my wife and beat her every time (won't let her beat me at 1080 again though). I think that these games would probably keep me busy for plenty long enough. If not I might have to borrow some of my brothers lesser games and play those to a finish. Like Bomberman. Stupid Gold Cards.

Anyway, if you had to go into quarentine for 6 months, with only 1 console, and 4 games from your collection, what would they be?

I'd take my brothers N64 (I bought half of the games for it whilst I lived at home) and:

Goldeneye - even if its just to chase scientists and throw timed mines at their feet!
ISS - I'm one of those people that can go on beating the console again, and again.
Majora's Mask - I haven't got that far into it, due to lack of time, and the fact that I know I have to wrap it up and give it away in a few weeks!
Lylat Wars - This is so much fun, I'd want to be able to shoot every damned ship.
