I was just looking for some info on some books I used to read when I was younger. The Final Fantasy books. I came across a walkthrough for one of them. It looked a little something like this:

Not the most exciting walkthrough I've ever seen.

Weren't there always certain points in some of those books where the outcome could only depend on the throw of a dice? The Lone Wolf had some points like that, so it didn't always rely on previous knowledge, luck came into play a bit more than it did in the Livingstone books, which made them harder but a bit more realistic, because you never new what route the book would take you on each time you played it, whereas with the older books once you knew what route to take you could go right through and collect all the good stuff you needed for the next book without getting into a fight once.
