Step back a minute and take a look at the gaming industry. If you're about 20 yrs old like myself,in my opinion youll have seen the biggest change in the last ten years than there ever will be in the future of videogaming! We're at the point now where graphics alone will no longer sell a game-ok it makes a game look more attractive but from now until the day we are playing with live action characters in real-time things will be moving relatively slowly.Virtually every aspect of life has been put into a game from capturing animals(jambo safari) to driving an ambulance/taxi(crazy taxi, etc) to dance routines on a plastic mat!(you know the one!)can games get any more enjoyable and creative or will we start seeing more and more repeats with new tasks or characters(streetfighter 83 perhaps?)Is the next 10 years just going to be stale for the serious gamers while other generations discover the joy of the games machine and catch up. Have we seen the best or is there more to come. Roll on hologram gaming i say!! Ant.

Theres plenty of Life in the Future of Videogames, as games get better and more lifelike people start to see the flaws in videogames. Where is the personality, the Emotion. Hopefully what we will see in the next 10 years will be a mixture of the best of what The Film and Games industries have to offer. Sure youve played Tekken 3, but do you truely empathise with the characters?? Has a game ever moved you as much as great films like "Schindlers List"??? The Future of the Games and Entertainment industry is bright, and uncharted .... the Future will bring games to LIFE!

Are you the original Ant or a new Ant? I can't see the next 10 years being stale, we're sitll only at the 128-bit stage, it won't be long before we start seeing 512-bit consoles instead of the little jumps that we've had in the last few years. Technology is improving at an exponential rate, and this is not likely to ease off over the next decade, so it's a good time to be a gamer.

Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
