True, but Dreamweaver MX is a nice environment to work in even when 'coding' sites. I've been writing my website entirely by hand, but I've done it using Dreamweaver. It has tag and class completion, colour coding and excellent site management tools. It also has O'Reilly references for HTML, CSS and so on in a nice sidebar.
It's a lot to pay for a glorified text editor I admit; but with a student license it's a pretty good deal.
On topic from what I've seen DW is better than Front Page although it all depends on what you know how to do =]
