Does anyone know if there's a simple way of getting a form of "live chat" onto my website without the use of database/mysql?
I've been looking at the freeola MyForum but that appears to be the same as this, where mesages are posted onto a webpage & others can reply, but what I need is something along the lines of MSN where a live conversation can be held.
All I need is a facility for customers to ask a quick question during opening hours, any ideas?

Nothing but admiration. I have been complimented on the church site that I manage through you and everybody thinks I am an IT genius. Your support is unquestionably outstanding.
