I wanna get a boxing game and have seen movies for both Rocky and KK 2002. KK looks very good except it seems to be a button masher (so I've heard) that gets old qickly in single player mode.

Rocky doesnt look as good (slugish and not as good animation) but is apparantly more challenging and has good longevity for the single player mode.

I havent played either but I am sure both will be good in multiplayer. But which has a better single player mode and which would you say plays better?

Has anyone played either of the two? I have read many reviews of KK 2002 and half say its amazing, with the the other half saying its shallow. I have only read one review of Rocky and figure someone on here must have bought it by now who can recommend/slate it.

rocky only has good reviews as they are reviewing it as a boxing game, so it is a good boxing game.

but in my opinion boxing games get really old and boring really fast.

Black and Bruised looks like a great boxing game, bit like Ready 2 Rumble. Out of the 2 i'd go for Rocky for the simple fact that you can be Mr T and hit Sly Stallone in the face with your fist.

Yeah, I read one 9/10 review in the official Xbox mag. But I was hoping for confirmation of it's worth from someone who has bought it.

Personally Rocky seems to have the edge in terms of gameplay from what I've seen. But the only boxing game I really want to get is Ready 2 Rumble Round 2 for the PS2, because I have the original R2R on the Dreamcast and it's one of the best boxing games I've yet played.
