Though it couldn't be a problem with checking it 300 times a day, as I don't check it all that often in a day.

I check my mail all the time, never from Freeola (sorry, you have appalling throughput stability). However, I remember an E-mail from ages ago which read something like "if you collect your mail more than 300 times a day not from a Freeola account your mail will be suspended for 24 hours". Could that have happened to you?
Do staff from Freeola actually look at this Forum anymore?

Yeah, its all set up. Has been working fine before, just when it gets to the 'connecting..' stage, it stops.

You sure you got it set up properly, the username has the numbers at the end remember...
