It's 3 minutes or so of distilled anti-capitalism rant and it's superb. Like at the drive-in but more listenable. It's by a guy called Conor Oberst who normally sings and plays guitar in a folksy solo incantation called Bright Eyes, but decided he needed to have a cathartic rock outlet.
