That's all fine.
But what if I grew magic beans, and wantwed to profit from the sale of this magic beans, and I was earning quite a sum.
Would I have to pay tax on all extra income, or only after it gets past a certain amount?
Would I have to fill out a bunch of daft forms.
I tried to look on a government website, but it had been written my a retard, with a section for simpletons, which was too simple, and a more complex page, which I'm pretty sure was gay.

Why should I vote for someone to get paid an insane wage to stick his tongue up George Bush's a** and lie to me about my paying tax and other stuff.

Hey, don't worry Mystique, you'll get all you over paid back a little into the next financial year.
Only what I don't get is that this money you get back is also taxed.
Surely you've already been taxed on it once?
Or, because it was last year, does it not count?
I've been robbed because of this gay "emergency tax"
What sort of boss doesn't pick up a P45 when its in front of their fase?
Urgh
Thats like half of my gamecube down the pan til next month.
Whats the point in Emergency tax anyways?
Not like they get to use it cos I'll be getting it back.
This country is run by Morons, and their Gimp sidekicks.
Moron and Gimp..heh they should fight crime.

And if they raised it by £601, I wouldn't be in it.
Assholes.

Indeed - you only pay the higher tax on any amounts earned over the threshold which is currently 29400.00.
That's a lot of magic beans to sell !
Being self employed, working from home means you can put loads of things down as business expenses as well which helps to reduce what you actually need to declare as your income.
I haven't a clue about tax, but I found that funny.
