Class stuff :-D
I also laughed when Creed buggered off for a week and left george with the 'payg' crew. That was really funny, seeing these kids dress him up in tweety pie gear, but more annoying was that his mentor gave up on him and left him with a bunch of kids. The trip to jamaica was also a waste of time. i wonder if channel 4 paid?
Because of creeds complete uselessness, i thought george was gonna fail. if he had a mentor that used his whole <
But then he did win!
I never thought of faking it as a fix until now.
Apart from all the stuff above, there was another obvious flaw. Goatboy will agree with me here, that being in the music industry kind of forces a music knowledge on you. You hear about up and coming acts, you see a lot of local stuff and if someone is breaking into the big then you know. The three other people on the competition night were currently playing in places that even i had heard of, and I don't follow the garage scene. Surely the judges would have heard of the acts before?
Talking of rappers though:
I wanna be a Rapstar
Don't copy me on Napster
I really own a Hamster
I hate rappers that just rhyme for the sake of it...
I also hate kids rapping full stop. Even worse is when Dazza raps "School dinners are cool dinners, school dinners are for winners" (emphasing the rhyming words in the couplets with his unberable stretched larynx) in front of everyone in assembly (that takes me back), to the accompaniment of his mate Spod, spitting into his cupped hands in an attempt to be a human beat box.
My favourite 'Faking It' was Ed Devlin the chef. Best. Faking it. Ever.
MC Justice: "If you are having a great time say 'bo'"
Subtitles: "Muted response"
