Biology has always been my specialisation so I’d thought I’d share some with you. Animal names can often be misleading so hopefully this should clarify things-

Tiger Shark: this creature has a fearsome reputation, probably derived from the fact that it predominantly feeds on Tigers. There is a large population of Tiger Sharks in the Pacific Ocean due the abundance of prey in that location. These fearsome predators wait patiently in the coastal waters for Tigers to accidentally fall in. It has also been observed that the Sharks will sometimes use Kellogs Frosties as bait, chumming the water with them to attract their prey. It has often been a mystery as to why Cats are reticent to be immersed in water; fear of shark attacks is the only logical answer. The only exceptions to this phobia of water, are the Sealion and the Catfish.

Other notable Shark species include the Bull Shark, which sadly has been hunted to near extinction by Spanish Aquatic Matadors and the Whale Shark, the Arthur Martha of the Shark world: oh er I’m a Shark but I only eat Plankton. Get her! The Hammer shark was last seen working at Homebase.

The Butterfly: flies are never the fussiest of eaters and quite often are happy enough to eat food they have just sicked up upon. This one is different. Firstly it starts life as a caterpillar rather than a maggot, before its metamorphic change at Christmas into a Butterfly. Secondly it only eats butter. This unique species is not to be confused with the American import: the I can’t believe it’s not Butterfly.

A little known fact is, that in 1957, the Grand National was cancelled because a Horse fly found its way into the paddock and ate the competitors.

The Grass Snake: only eats food from late night petrol stations when it has the munchies. Ditto the Puff Adder, Blow fish and Scooby Doobie Do.

(Sorry).

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
