I supported David Seaman after the world cup and still think he is a great keeper. But he is getting beaten by pretty much anything outside the box. He is still good but i fail to see why he still plays when paul Robinson is such an obvious replacement
I think Seaman is a good keeper, but recent "headline grabbing" goals that went in will have left him with slightly less confidence in the england goal. Dave will hopefully continue to prove that he is a top goalie at Arsenal, unfortunately Sven might be forced to replace Dave for the next games by media pressure, after all sven wouldn't want to have the media out for him when hes got a job that pays something like 2 million a year.
Anyway all keepers will react to shots in different ways and have different positioning, and they all make mistakes once in a while.
On an Arsenal front, I was a little dissapointed that we transfered Maninger, then sold Wright to everton... But we've still got Taylor and the new swedish guy as first team competition for Dave.

I don't think seaman should have saved it but i think its robinson's turn now, as James is w*nk and seaman is semen.
1st goal was a wicked curl... you cant say you would have saved it.. it looked wide and ginger on the line shouldve got it.
2nd goal was no ones fault it took a deflection from campbell big deal mistakes happen! didnt cost them the world cup did it!

No! Seaman needs his England games to get these mistakes out of his system, so he doesn't make them when in goal for Arsenal!
