can you help me? where would i find the correct driver to allow me to change the screen on my laptop to 800x600 16 bit colour?
you ned to find out what video card it uses.
Thing is, if your Laptop is really old, it might not be able to go upto 800x600, 16bit.
to find what card it is:
right click on the 'My Computer' go: Properties > (tab at top) Device Manager.
Look for a video card, when you've found it type it into Google, find the official website for the video card. Find the same videocard on the website and see if they have the drivers on the site, if not, go back to Google and try again...
