'A handheld console that is smaller than your current mouse, costing only £40 pounds complete with a game and a furthur £10 pounds for more games? What's that you say?'
'Sounds like a brilliand idea!'
Well, of course it is my friend, but there is one small obsticle you must overcome to obtain this mastery of the hand-held philosophy.
'what could that be?'
it is themed entierly on pokemon.

the pokemon mini is without doubt one of nintendo's biggest lack of common sense. released waaaaaaaay after the pokemon fad had deflated, a brilliant cheap hand-held alternative to the lenthier, costlier, and less 'pick up and play' console, the gameboy advance/colour (forget when it was released) but themed only on pokemon games. think of the things that could have beeen done! tetris, breakout, and maybe even a few extremley simple platformers and space shoot-em'-ups could have been easily acheived, but instead were replaced with some tedious poke-mon related titles such as 'pokemon pinball', 'pokemon party', and 'pokemon zany cards'. what on earth were nintendo thinking at the time?
thank you, you have been listening to the rantings of Boss_Pac_Man, who is anavailable for any further comment.
Game & Watch would have been a great idea! Why not write into NOM, Domaye?
:D

HEY!? The g&W was my idea mine!!!
*sits in a corner in a sulk*
> Yeah they could have done the game and watch stuff...or somit....
Well the console is bringing in a neat little profit for nintendo and i noticed that a group of year 7s today treating it as a craze.
So it will be quite big for little ones.
Also it isnt wasted technology as it cant do much, even game and watch on it would be rubbish.
Also they put the game and watch on the E-cards so they will be about the same so whats the problem?
I agree with what you lot think:
Releasing a Game & Watch console with Pokémon as a launch game would've been better.
