Are there any traffic boost prgrames out there that are free and you start geting hits straight away?
I'm currently using topsurfer.

For both questions, I'd recommend Bravenet. They offer loads of internet services to promote your site and every single one is free!

To get hits you need content on your site that people will want to read. Submitting programs won't work straight away. Actually I doubt they work at all, they just submit your site to a few smaller search engines.

Probably full of spyware too.

I submitted to Google and as my site is good enough, I am now on the listings...

And before I create a new topic, does anybody know if there is a free counter that can give you stats on referals or anything like that?
