My internet is finally fixed. Took about 9 weeks and in the end, everything had to be wiped but I'm back online. And a mad spending spree is in order.
And what is the situation with Rare, Nintendo and Microsoft? I hear people say that Microsoft have bought Rare but I haven't been able to get online to check. Please enlighten me.
Anyway, I'm off to order some DVDs and CDs and post a few reviews. And I need MSN too.

It cost 120 quid. Quite a lot considering he didn't actually do anything. I could have wiped my PC on my own. Then again, installing everything again would be not only tricky, buit also extremely boring.
I just had icecream for desert. It didn't take me 9 weeks to eat it though.

But Nintendo sold their shares? WHY?! Even though they do have to wait ages for games, surely they must realise that Perfect Dark and other Rare games are invaluable games to have as console exclusives?

Yep, you heard right Microsoft bought Rare.
Nintendo still get the Starfox game though.

Yep, sadly, Microsoft have purchased Rare, and there've been some rumours suggesting that they could be after Capcom as well.

Nintendo sold their shares in Rare, Microsoft bought them. One of the many reasons given is that Nintendo's head honcho is getting rather fed up with developers who take 3-4 years to produce 1 game....
