Mario, coz at least in all but one of his games he doesn't need a water cannon thing, but Bowser has evolved becoming much stronger and able to stop his butt-bash attacks a lot more so Mario needs a weapon to defeat him, Mario has ventured through hundreds of haunted houses to defeat bowser, then again, Luigi didn't get caught by the Big Boo

Mario is way better than Luigi. I ain't that keen on Luigi's Mansion, whereas Super Mario Sunshine is one of the best games that will be on Gamecube.

Although Mario's really cool, Luigi is taller and a better jumper. I also expect he's quicker too, so he'd probably win in a fight.

i totaly agree that Luigi is a right gimp, but i would have to say Luigi would win as he would freeze the fludd and kill mario. as he would be renderd useless. even is he tryed to hover the would still have his water frozen
