Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy XIII will include three games (Possible four) all set within the same universe but may not be directly related to each other. The game include:
Final Fantasy XIII - PS3, Xbox 360 And PC
Final Fantasy Versus XIII - PS3
Final Fantasy Agito XIII - PSP
Final Fantasy Haeresis XIII - The possible title - Console Unknown
Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy XIII will be similar to Compilation of Final Fantasy VII as in it will be a series consisting of many games and like Final Fantasy VII there has been rumour of a film too.
Final Fantasy XIII will be the classic Final Fantasy with summons and command based battles. But new features will be included within the game including some features online.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII will be a completely different story and will neither be a sequel or prequel to Final Fantasy XIII though set in the same universe. The Battle system will also be different and said to be similar to Kingdom Hearts with some third person shooter elements added.
Final Fantasy Agito XIII will be a game for the mobile phone and gameplay will require coop play through the phone network most likely.
Very little is known about Final Fantasy Haeresis XIII no offical info has been said just rumours.

The realease date for any of these games is unknown.
I personlly feel that only Final Fantasy XIII will be amazing and all other games within the series will not be as good. As this was the case for Final Fantasy VII.

IMO, Versus will be the best. Just look at the trailers... Ah the beauty!
