Hmm, your site is ok but I have a few suggestions:
1. Don't use prefabricated flash buttons on your site, you're meant to be designing their site for your customers, when they see you haven't even made your toolbar, well it doesn't look really professional.
2.Also the visual design is a bit dull (especially the grey tables)and it looks a bit, well amateurish in design even though it was made in Frontpage.
After all that though, it's a nice site but it needs some improvements before it will start performing it's purpose well.
I don't know what the example site is meant to show but I would expect that the loading image you want is a flash preloader, or am I going off the right track?
