Right if I drew a fox on paint for my new site i'm making. could I put it on Swish and you know make it run around the page and stuff. If so could you tell me how please.

Yes you can, draw it, copy & paste it into Swish, or import the image if you can, not sure how Swish works...
You'll need to cut the arms and legs off it, probably easier if you cut both arms off and put them into one image and do the same for the legs, then you'll have to animate all 3 images, only way I know :)
